It’s an extra additional week of vacation given at the end of the school year for eligible Team Members.
Who is eligible?
All Team Members that (a) have been with SAGE for more than 8 months as of the following July 1st, and (b) work more than 30hrs per week on average.
What does “as of the following July 1st”
...
mean?
It means the 1st of July of the current calendar year.
Example:
- Team Member was hired in September 20202022. By the following July 1st, 2021 2023 they will have been with SAGE 9-10 months, satisfying the
- Team Member was hired in December 2020 2022 of the current school year. By the following July 1st, 2021 2023 they will have been with SAGE 6-7 months, making them ineligible for the bonus

No, the system will not pay it out; it only loads it in the vacation bucket. The Manager must go to the Payroll App and add the vacation time.
